The rules for using ReadmeBio.
These terms cover accounts, published content, connected services, paid plans, and responsible use of the product.

Using the service
By creating an account or using ReadmeBio, you agree to these terms and the Privacy notice. You are responsible for your account, the activity under it, and keeping access to your sign-in email secure.
You must be legally able to enter this agreement. If you use ReadmeBio for an organization, you must have authority to act for that organization.
Your content and public profiles
You are responsible for the text, links, images, files, form fields, and other material you add. You must have the rights and permissions needed to publish it.
You give ReadmeBio permission to host, process, reproduce, and display that material only as needed to operate, improve, secure, and support the service. Publishing makes profile content available to anyone with the URL.
Responsible use
Do not use ReadmeBio to:
- Break the law or help someone else do so.
- Impersonate another person or misrepresent an affiliation.
- Publish material that infringes another person’s rights.
- Distribute malware, phishing pages, scams, or deceptive redirects.
- Collect sensitive information without a lawful reason and appropriate notice.
- Probe, disrupt, overload, or bypass security and access controls.
Content or accounts may be restricted or removed when reasonably necessary to protect people, comply with valid legal obligations, or keep the service operating.
Connected services
Integrations depend on external services. You are responsible for following their terms and for the permissions you grant. An integration may stop working when an external API, account permission, or service changes.
Free and Pro plans
Current features, limits, and prices are shown on the Pricing page. Recurring plans renew through Stripe until canceled. The billing portal provides subscription management for recurring plans.
A lifetime option is a one-time payment and does not renew. It provides Pro access for the life of the ReadmeBio service while the account remains in good standing; it is not a promise that the service will operate forever.
Taxes, refunds, payment disputes, and statutory cancellation rights may depend on location and the payment provider. Contact support with a billing question.
Product changes and availability
Features, limits, integrations, and prices may change as the product develops. ReadmeBio may also suspend parts of the service for maintenance, security, or operational reasons.
The service is provided as available. Continuous or error-free operation is not guaranteed, and you should keep copies of content that is important to you.
Ending use
You may stop using ReadmeBio at any time and can manage a recurring plan through the billing portal. Access may be limited or ended for serious or repeated breaches of these terms, security risk, nonpayment, or unlawful use.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated when the service or its legal obligations change. The effective date above identifies the current version. Continued use after an update means the updated terms apply.
